How To Respond In An Emergency

Medical Care Alert

If you have received an email or text message to view this webpage, then you are the designated responder for a loved one who has a Medical Care Alert Personal Emergency Response System.  

This annual notice* is to remind you of how it works and what to expect from us in the event they request emergency help through their Medical Care Alert Personal Emergency Response System.

1) If we dispatch emergency help (police, fire or EMS) to our loved one’s home or GPS location, we will inform you via a phone call and/or a text message to your cell phone.
2) The call and text message will come from 844-528-7728. We highly recommend you add this number to your phone’s contact list as “EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE ALERT”.
