We'll bring the system out to your home, set it up, and show you how to use it.
Delivery and set-up installation available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding holidays.
We'll need access to your home to set up your Medical Care Alert System:
- AC Power - access to a wall plug not controlled by a light switch.
- Phone - for landline phone based systems we'll need access to your phone line. If you use a VoIP phone line (bundled with your cable TV) we'll need access to the modem so we can plug into the phone jack on the back of the modem.
- Window - Cellular systems will need to be set up near a window to get a clear cellular signal and GPS location.
- Lockbox - Please have a spare key ready if you plan to use our lockbox. The lockbox lets EMS enter the home without forcing entry and damaging the door.
