We'll bring the system out to your home, set it up, and show you how to use it.
Delivery and set-up installation available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding holidays.
We'll need access to your home to set up your Medical Care Alert System:
- AC Power - access to a wall plug not controlled by a light switch.
- Phone Line - for landline phone based systems we'll need access to your phone line. If you use a VoIP phone line (bundled with your cable TV) we'll need access to the modem so we can plug into the phone jack on the back of the modem. No Landline, No Problem! We have cellular-based systems that are even easier to set up.
- Window - Cellular systems will need to be set up near a window to get a clear cellular signal and GPS location.
- Lockbox - Please have a spare key ready if you plan to use our lockbox. The lockbox lets EMS enter the home without forcing entry and damaging the door.
