In 2016 the company introduced innovative new services
including SMS text message alerts, and automatic fall detection pendants. Both of these services speed up the
notification of a potential emergency situation to caregivers and the Medical
Care Alert emergency response center.
Stapp also noted the company maintains an A+ rating with the
Better Business Bureau, was named a Gator100 company by the University of
Florida, and it’s monitoring center received the 2016 Central Station Of The
Year award by industry group CSAA.

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2016 winners have met
strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade,
recent grade, and review period grade. The SSA winners must also be in good
standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List
operational guidelines.
