How It Works
The numeric lockbox keeps a door key easily accessible for the people who need it, hanging effortlessly on any doorknob, fence or railing. No tools are needed to install it — just open the key box, lift the shackle and hang it wherever you'd like.Since it’s a four-digit numeric lockbox, you’ll get more combination code choices than a 3-digit home lockbox. If a fall or other medical emergency occurs, our response team will provide your lockbox code and location to the emergency responders. We save lives, and we save doors!

Who Can Access the Medical Alert Lockbox
The lockbox can be used outside of emergencies — such as if a friend or family member is coming over to water your plants or feed your pet while you are away. Or even if you lock yourself out of your home you can use your lockbox code.Your lockbox code will only be released to the first responders in an emergency situation for easy and safe access into your home. Otherwise, it is secure to only those you share it with. Call our Customer Service team if you ever need to change your combination code at any time.
