HOT - Customer Service Representative:

A medical alert customer service representative will help our clients with questions about their system; update their contact and profile information, answer billing questions and other service questions. Join our award-winning Customer Service team in our Northville Michigan offices!

Requirements include:

 

  • Kind, gentle personality - patient with senior citizens who are not familiar with technology and may have trouble speaking.
  • Excellent phone skills - Ability to speak slowly, clearly, and be understanding of clients who may be confused or need some extra hand holding.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Impeccable typing skills, high level attention to detail, obsessive about making sure every client is satisfied.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS-Office).
  • Ability to think on your feet quickly, resolve issues on your own.
  • 4 years college education or military equivalence
  • Strong references and prior employment history
  • Willing to participate in background check, credit check

Billing / Accounting Specialist:

Billing team member has overall responsibility for ensuring MCA receives payment from our subscribers. Primary duties include: Processing Daily recurring payments and refunds, Adjusting recurring payment on new orders to reflect discounts outside of list price, Credit card updates (pending expiration, declines, customer updates or changes, etc.), other accounting duties.

Requirements include:

 

  • Kind, gentle personality - patient with senior citizens who are not familiar with technology and may have trouble speaking.
  • Experience in billing including credit card processing, invoice creation, collections, calling customers,
  • Specific Computer Skills: MS-Office (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word), QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently - self-motivated and driven
  • Highly detail oriented œcrazy good organizational skills

New Sales Representative:
