Medical Alert Monitoring CenterMedical Care Alert provides the very best medical alert monitoring in the industry, with EMT-certified agents who understand and care about seniors.

You can be confident in our state-of-the-art monitoring center, our certifications, and our technology. But the real difference is in our trained, professional, polite and caring agents who will answer your call and send for help. It’s important to us, because we monitor our family members too.

And unlike other medical alert companies who outsource to overseas contact centers, we are proudly based in the USA, and we stay on the line until help arrives.

What Happens When You Press The Medical Alert Button?

Monitoring AgentWhen the Medical Alert system is activated, it automatically and instantaneously contacts our US-based Medical Alert Monitoring center.

Professionals are ready to respond to any emergency around-the-clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When the high speed (two-way) connection is complete, you’ll hear the reassuring voice of one of our US-based, EMT-trained LifeSafety agents.

Here’s what happens next:
• Your Personal Profile will appear on a computer screen before a live, EMT-certified LifeSafety Agent.
• The agent will identify themselves and ask if you if you need help.
• The agent will take appropriate actions depending on what you tell us is going on.
Ambulance• If we cant hear you, or you are unable to talk, we immediately dispatch EMS to your home.
• We notify the people on your Personal Profile list (neighbor, doctor, family) if there is an emergency situation
• We stay on the line until help arrives

Your contact and medical information is kept strictly private and collected on your Personal Profile prior to activation. The Monitoring center agents have this information at the time your call is received. They can tell EMS about any conditions you may have, and even how to enter your home if your door is locked.

And our agents stay on the line until help arrives, monitoring the situation, letting you know you are not alone.
