I recently bought a medical care alert system for my 79 year old Mom. Terri-Ann was the person who answered my "I don't know what to buy, or what company to buy an alert system from" person!!! I just wanted you to know that she was past "outstanding" for helping me. She didn't push me, she didn't e-mail or text me too much.....she just simply took her time and was a great "listener" to my needs and times that I could talk to her or that I was available to talk. She won my business for many reasons!!!

You have got a real great hard worker in her!!! I am a teacher just fixing to "throw in the towel".....as in RETIRING after 26 years of LOVING every minute of teaching.....so I love it when I get someone who has everything I have tried to teach my 5th graders about life and people!!! As in, love of their job, experience in the product, respect for the customer, GREAT listener-and doesn't do all the talking!!! Not to mention an outstanding phone voice and personality that any company would love to have!

I hope we don't have to push the "button" on the alert for my Mom, but I know that she is in good hands with your company! She has fallen 11 times in 8 months. Luckily, she has not broken anything or split her head open!

911 not enough	November 2, 2012

I was driving and began to feel abnormal sensations on the left side of my body. I have had two previous heart attacks so I knew something was wrong. I felt I had to drive home to be safe. When I was within three blocks of my home, I lost the feeling in both of my hands. I dialed 911 on my cell phone and then I dropped the phone. I got out of the car and fell. I could hear the 911 operator on the phone but I couldn't tell them very well where I was located. They sent an ambulance and I could hear it all over the place looking for me but I couldn't see it. Finally they found me. I was taken to the hospital and went straight to surgery.

My doctor told me if I didn't get up and move around, the next time he saw me I'd be in a wheelchair. But I am afraid of falling. With MobileHelp I feel more confident about walking to stay mobile. I'm looking forward to warmer weather when the snow/ice has melted and I can extend my walking exercise to the outside.
